I'm proud to present to you a texturepack that has been the central effort in my daily life for the past few months. Just kept designing realistic packs, and game-styled stuff, till a friend suggested a toon styled pack. This is where it's at. Minecraft is meant to be smooth and simple; not HD and realistic. The simplicity in Minecraft brought out in this pack is the true beauty that is the essence of our love for the game.
MC Patcher is not necessary for the use of this pack, but i strongly urge you to use the latest version of it to really perceive the animated awesomeness of TO_oN WoRLd.
Enjoy the deep blue skies, simple fluffy clouds, smooth, tooned items that stay true to vanilla minecraft while bringing in a whole new outlook of beauty and inspiration to the creative gamer. Smell the flowers, don't pick the roses, go build yourself a kingdom in the world of toon. Grow bright leafy trees next to your sleek stone-brick castle walls, or terraform miles and miles of vivid, rolling hills. Tame cute, happy wolves, and slaughter the timid, defenseless cows. Just please... Don't kill the piggy. He's adorable. Really.
Are you having fun yet? Well look up into the leaves, blowing in the breeze over your head. Look down, at the grass blowing back and forth over your feet. Pull out your nice, toony shovel and pickaxe and dig down as deep as your little heart desires. Find a sparkling diamond, or keep on diggin' straight down into the Nether. Look around as the red walls glow deep red, and back to black. Hop on into the Ender World, and be a little less intimidated by this simple, though still ferocious fire-breather. When you shoot the final Toon World signature arrow in the the heart of the beast, be sure to come back to this page and drop off a diamond.
No worries, the rest of the paintings will be released by the time 1.3 fully arrives. Also any new textures that Jeb decides to crank out for us will be Tooned! Oh and did I forget to mention... Currently working on TEKKIT SUPPORT for TO_oN WoRLd!!
