On PC, F8 Toggles paperdoll.
On Mobile, Toggle Paperdoll in General Settings.

Whenever I join a world or make one there is a pop up and I can't get rid of it I need assistance

Want happens when your wold has cords on and you have paper doll on?

then the coordinates will show on-screen.
My pack only hides the coordinates if paperdoll is off.

If the world has coordinates disabled then the pack won't do anything.
