I notice that most texure packs these days are usually realistic texture packs, or complete one theme overhauls, where it fit's only in an adventure map. And it stinks how you have to download a patcher or optifine, texture packs should be just a single download, then pop it in your folder. Back when texture packs first came out, they were made for fun, not for popularity or an adventure map. This 16x16 texure pack is a simple overhaul of minecraft, giving it a simple toony feel, hence the name. This is still a big work in progress, but with enough support and work, it will soon be completed. One thing I made sure to do was to make every block unique in it's own way. But allow all the blocks to blend together. All you need to do to install this is this:

1. Download the .zip folder.

2. Open your texture pack folder.

3. Pop it into your tp folder.

4. Enjoy the rest of your time not having to install a patcher.
