This pack does two things:
-Replaces dye textures with tube paints
-Changes their names from "X Dye" to "X Paint" (pick US, UK, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand English for this change)

Yeah, maybe it's weird that you can make oil paint from a flower but you can also make bone meals by stuffing seeds into compost soooo... don't care too much, I guess...?
