1. Ok look under your misc folder in of course your texture pack folder
2. Look for grasscolor.png/grasscolor
3.Edit it with your favorite editing program!
P.S
To make your grass top smooth edit the terrain.png/terrain and look in the top left corner (like the very very top left corner) and you will see this pixely thing edit it to not make the top grass texture pixely.
