I finally finished Upgraded Elytra for Bedrock!
In this pack, you have all six versions of elytra, but the default one is Netherite Elytra.

If you would like to play on a different version, you need to:
Go to settings > Global Resources > open Upgraded Elytra (BE) options > change resolution of pack

Hi! On Bedrock, you don"t need to rename elytra!
Go to settings > Global Resources > open Upgraded Elytra (BE) options > change resolution of pack > close options to save > restart game and play ;)

I don't think that renaming elytra thing is possible on bedrock :/

Go to settings > Global Resources > open Upgraded Elytra (BE) options > change resolution of pack
You need to do it before loading world ;)
