I think it would be a fine texture pack to play with. I mean, it is living up to what the title says. That's the whole theme or joke behind it.
Play a world where everything is borked all to hell, or don't. Whatever.

Like SasukeLion said, it's only a matter of opinion. Call it terrible if you want, it's just what you think it is. Calling it that doesn't mean everyone else shares the same collective thought.

Edit: And after playing it, it reminds me of a Gameboy Pokemon hack gone wrong. Good show, sir! :D

(And I'm not being sarcastic about that. I really mean it.)

In your opinion. Just because you think it's horrible doesn't mean it is. I mean that's your opinion it's not a fact.

I showed it to a few of my friends and they all agreed it is the most awful TP they've ever seen. Go ahead and make your own mind up about it if you want, I am just warning people to save them the time it takes to try it out. If you like this, there is most probably something wrong with you...

If you yourself don't like it, why upload it? It doesn't look that bad from the image, I mean there are parts where it looks like you scribbled on it with a crayon, with a bit of love this could be a cool pack.
