Vanilla Rescaled is a resource pack that takes each pixel and upscales it by 4x and adds a little bit of detail.

I based this pack on Default Improved, a pack I used to use all the time but sadly they only updated it to 1.13.2

I plan to keep this updated for as long as I can, so enjoy!

It is tough to see. if you look at the bamboo blocks at the last picture it is much easier to notice.

Lol, I am upscaling the image size of each block or entity by 4x and then I add a very light amount of detail to each texture.
