Hi! The aim of this pack is to provide simpler textures than the original ones, but also similar, in a way: construction/nature blocks maintain the original palettes and crafting/decoration blocks are mostly a smoother version of the original.

I was inspired by the style used in the official Minecraft launcher artworks and I started drawing only a couple of textures as a test, but then I thought it was worth it to continue.

It's not 100% complete and I don't think it will ever be (I'm not currently planning to redraw items, plants and mobs) but as for blocks, they are mostly there.

Actually you're right, the ones of the oak planks are a lot faintier than the other wood ones, will probably chenge it in the next update since I also realized I missed the hanging signs.

I have no idea tbh, for it was something I did for just myself and a friend of mine at the beginning, and it progressed quite slowly.
The first chunk surely took a while and there was a lot of back and forth, expecially for the main blocks like grass/sand/etc... now it's easier since the style is defined and I kinda know what works with it.
What I can tell iyou s that the first file I have in the folder is dated july '19 :)
