PC version- drag the downloaded file into your .minecraft>resourcepacks folder.
Mac version- drag in the FOLDER into your minecraft>resourcepacks folder
If it does show up when you select packs:
Make sure you using this on Mineplex's Super paintball server and that you have no packs overriding it.
