The fog Is green, you don't have to use Optifine if you don't need the green fog

That really isn't about red. In a regular nether, the warped forest contrasts its color with the rest of the nether. But with these textures blue forest doesn't contrast so much. If it was purple for e. g., would be better. But it's up to you whether to do it or not
