Hi, does this texture pack work in vanilla minecraft? (No optifine) If so, does it replace the netherite tool textures with what is seen in the pictures?

Hello, the optifine is necessary, so that the cit can do its job, in case you can't download or use optifine, personally, I make a texture pack, only for vanilla
