I will present my texture pack WESTERN. that will go with my map: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/western-map/
it is a texture pack 64x64
and this is my first texture pack. I edit almost any block, tables, water, menu. I really suggest you to play my pack on my map
(sorry for my bad english but I'm french)

im new,how do i get a texture pack...i have been trying to get a mod for a while now...can someone please help? i have Windows... ;-;

  1. Download a resource pack, you should get a .zip file
  2. Open the folder, in which you downloaded the file
  3. Copy the .zip file
  4. Press ⊞ Windows + R then type in: %appdata%/.minecraft/resourcepacks
  5. Paste the file into the directory
  6. Open Minecraft
  7. Go to "Options", then "Resource Packs"
  8. The resource pack should now be listed and you can activate it by choosing it and hitting "Done".

I'm loving the amount of detail you have put into this, but I'm afraid it's not what I would use. I'm simply too stuck up with the vanilla textures. A diamond from me.
