【How to Use】
①Getting items in Survival mode (Requires Optifine)
Prepare a Carved Pumpkin or Stone Sword and use Anvil to rename these items, then you will get items with modified models.
See the image below for item names.
*This pack removes the pumpkin blur for your convenience to use hat items.
*Be careful not to place pumpkins as blocks.
②Getting items in Creative mode
All models are bound to minecraft:stone_sword with custom model data tag.
You can get each items using commands below.
/give @s minecraft:stone_sword{CustomModelData:(#ID)}
Or you can put items on your head directly using command below.
/item replace entity @s armor.head with minecraft:stone_sword{CustomModelData:(#ID)}
