The Witcher Style Portals pack retextures nether portals to look like those found in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. (But one may argue they're very similar to Portal aswell)
This pack requires Optifine to work correctly. Using this pack without Optifine will result in a solid navy blue coloured portal, and that's no fun.
The textures given are animated like the original portal, and are 64x64 pixels. I have also retextured the particle set used for portals, they are now a solid black. I chose black over the edge blue colour, because the same particle textures are used for endermen and other things.
This pack does not change the obsidian texture, that is up to you to do at your own preference.
