Extract the q3a_mt_crosshairs_v1.zip file directly into your textures folder
under your .minetest directory.

e.g. GNU/Linux:
/home/[​USERFOLDER]/.minetest/textures

e.g. Microsoft Windows
***Windows users have a "portable" version, so it would be under the 'textures'
folder wherever you would have unzipped that folder to.
