Features:

- Wolves will now spawn as one of 11 different skins (completely random)(+ original)(+ skeleton)

Notes:

- The pack from the first link didn't work for me in the most recent update, so I took all the wolf models and skins from the first link and pasted them into the the file of the second link, because that one does work in the newest update

- List of bugs in the first link:

  - All wall blocks had no texture
  - Only one of the wolf types spawned
  - Probably more

You can use it for every version since 1.7, it's going to say you something when activating it but there isn't absolutely no problem. Make sur of using Optifine and random entity skins. :)

Use Optifine and activate the option of random textures for entities
