I have made changes to blocks and items including:
*Arrows(Both)
*Bed(Both)
*Zombie Head
*Wither Skeleton Head
*Player Head
*Creeper Head
*Wooden Sword
*Leather Armor(Item)
*And others

I have changed some mob skins including:
*Zombie
*Villager Zombie
*Villager(Priest)
*Wither Skeleton
*Default Player Skin
*Spider
*Cave Spider
*And others

The rest of the things I changed you will just have to explore for yourself...
