*Wooden Sword
*Leather Armor(Item)
*And others

I have changed some mob skins including:
*Zombie
*Villager Zombie
*Villager(Priest)
*Wither Skeleton
*Default Player Skin
*Spider
*Cave Spider
*And others

The rest of the things I changed you will just have to explore for yourself...
