If you want to give yourself the 3D model simply do /give username diamond_hoe 1 1 {Unbreakable:1B}

The textures dont work. I have modified it a little bit, but its just so that it uses Custom Model Data instead of the Unbreakable tag.
I also checked all the files, and there isnt even a texture for the x-wing.

Yes, it is just put the download in your resource pack folder them use the command in the description of the X-wing then it will give you the x-wing to put in your world
