Sadly, no. The blinking animation uses the whole texture rather than an overlay. But if you layer this pack on top of another in the resource pack menu it should only change the Ender eyes and the rest can be some other pack :)

Hey! so i forgot to tell u, i downloaded this pack an removed the eye of ender texture from my original texture pack, and it works fine! it even works with ur halloween and christams texture pack to!
