This isn't really a full request for a feature, its really more of a suggestion to make using palettes easier.

So currently when you zoom in/out on a palette, it does so by keeping the upper left corner where it is. I think that altering this so it instead leaves the bottom left corner where it is would be beneficial as it would mean the zoom buttons do not move away from where the cursor is.

I use PMCSkin3D a lot, so I probably find this more of an inconvenience than others, especially with the fact that I don't like to wear my glasses while I make skins.

It's not a big inconvenience, I just think it would make a more cohesive experience with the editor as a whole.
