Ability To Delete Banners

A person should be able to delete their own banner. (If it's not posted anonymously.)
Banners can only be delete by Site+ atm.

can you also add an option to undo anonymously temporary, I accidentally made a banner anonymous when trying to find the delete button(reason, didn't turn out looking as good as the new version, I assumed there would be a delete option, and I could compare the designs and just keep the best one)
