Disallow certain low quality or often-repeated datapacks such as crafting recipies

Especially in the early days of datapacks, many users created very similar and simple packs that allowed for the crafting of normally uncraftable items such as horse armors and saddles. Copies of these same low-effort tweak packs still get uploaded to this day, so I seek to have low-effort tweaks like commonly-done custom recipes banned in the same way as lazy skin recolors or tiny tweak texture packs. Moderation for this works just like either of those already existing rules. Any datapacks with small tweaks like craftable saddles or horse armors are not allowed and are removed from the site, while larger packs that include these common tropes (such as complete economy rebalances that change how many materials work) would be allowed.

A simple change like this would make the website's rules more consistent regarding this type of content and encourage a bit more creativity in peoples' work.

set status to Closed, set resolution to Invalid.
If the pack is too simple/spammy or generated by a program, it can be safely reported.

We will already remove low effort content under our existing spam rules. If you see a datapack that is low effort, report it so our mods can review it.

I agree. These packs, which can be easily generated with a website and posted straight to PMC in minutes, drown out more complex packs that could have tens or hundreds of hours of work put into them.
