Community-hosted contests
- Contests can only be held by Lvl 25+ to make sure trusted members are holding contests (25+ is a suggestion)
- A contest host can hold one contest per month. This is to limit spamming prizes on friends.
- Hosts can invite members to be judges, in order to remove bias, just like in any contest. However, it probably would be better for there to be a "queue", where site members apply to be contest judges, and then are randomly drafted to judge various contests, not necessarily a specific one.
- XP could be a prize. Maybe a new "contests won" section can be added to a member's profile. (xp doesn't have to be a prize).
