Recently I have wanted to create hyperlinks that are connected to specific parts of blogs, projects, mods, etc. but I cannot achieve this due to lack of IDs in the raw HTML. If the div elements contained unique IDs then generating URLs that link to specific parts of projects, blogs, forums threads, etc. using hashtags would be possible.

Please consider this.
