Post more than one Art blog

I was wondering If I could submit multiple Art blogs?

I know the rules say that we are allowed just one Art blog per person, but I don't want to over clutter the same blog with a lot of art.

My plans are to make a non Minecraft related art blog, and also an art reel for one of the comics I am working on.

I think letting people that have more time on the website, or have reached certain level should be able to post more Art blogs, but that's just my idea.

The reason of my idea is mainly for organization and simply because too many images in a page might tend to lag.

There are already plenty of art blogs, and that's with only being able to post one. Being able to post two would lead to the whole blog section being flooded with art blogs. Also, some people only post one item of art per blog, so if they could post multiple, imagine what would happen.

However, I do think letting greenlighted members post more than one should be allowed. Or maybe you can just let people post a new blog after they get a certain amount of art on their first blog, so that you just don't have small amounts of art per blog. Something like 25+ pices of art on one blog allows you to make a second one?

That sounds like a good idea!

I actually didn't think of that, and it could be a possibility. Perhaps combining both having enough experience (or levels) on the website, and plus having enough art posted on an art blog would be the requirement to post a second art blog.

I feel like our blogs section would get quickly cluttered by art when it's not intended to be primarily for art.

As for organization and loading issues, you can use spoilers to organize items and allow users to choose which images they want to load, rather than loading all the inages as soon as the page loads.

Yeah, you are right about the blogs getting cluttered with art blogs.

As for lagging issues, I haven't encountered any of them by using spoilers, and I am not 100% how spoilers work; What I mean, is that if it loads the content once you open the spoilers, or does it load before you open the spoiler?




And what is bugging me is that, what if I put too many spoilers on a blog, that would cause lag issues.

I don't know If I was clear enough, but I was thinking of being able to post more art blogs as long as you have a good reputation on the website (levels, badges, etc.... ) Like, for example, reaching a certain level in order to post another art blog.

Anyways, it's just an idea!

I can always find other ways to organize my art too, and thank you for your comment! ^u^
