Pretty simple, I think the subscriber lists (the small one and the complete one) should not be sorted through PMC levels. It has given multiple people the wrong ideas about subscribing (I think we can all name a few, they just do it to be featured on everyone's account). Instead, just sort if through activity (last online or something similar) or at least give people the option to do this.
