The model needs to be in a pack to be usable, and creating the single file needed to do that only takes about 5 sec.

However, I do agree with the model section. PMC's resource pack section is currently called Texture Packs, and PMC forces users to choose a resolution when uploading. The problem is resource packs don't need to have textures. Some have only sounds or models, but those things still need to be assigned a resolution.

PMC needs to take time to look at the type of things on their site. Then they will see their "Texture Pack" section is inadequate.
