As soon as I started 1.9 pre3, I went to the potions. This is what I have so far. I Have found out all the mixing myself. I will try to update this as much as possible, just give me time to find some more. Thank you.

Making potions:

NOTE: Adding Redstone to a potion downgrades it, adding Glowstone Dust upgrades it.
Also adding a Fermented Spider Eye changes the effects of good into bad.
Adding gunpowder turns a potion into a throw-able potion, called a Splash potion.

Water Bottle:

1. Place water into a cauldron.
2. Put the water into a bottle.

Mudane Potion:
1. Add Redstone to the Water Bottle.

Potion of weakness:

1. To the Mudane Potion, Add the Fermented Spider eye

Awkward Potion:
1. To the Water Bottle, add Nether Wart.

Potion of Healing (Instant Health):
1. After the Awkward potion, add a Ghast Tear.

Potion of Healing (Instant Health II):
1, When finished the 1st Potion of Healing, add Glowstone Dust.

Potion of Swiftness:
1. Add sugar to the Awkward Potion.

Potion of Slowness:
1. Put a Fermented Spider eye into the Potion of Swiftness.

Thick Potion:
1. Add Glowstone to a Water Bottle.

Potion of Strength:
1. Add Blaze Powder to a Thick Potion.

Potion of Fire Resistance:
1. Put Magma Cream into an Awkward Potion.

Potion of Poison (Poison):
1. Add a spider eye to an Awkward Potion.

Potion of Poison (Poison II):
1. Put Glowstone Dust into a Potion of Poison.

Potion of Harming (Instant Damage)
1. Add a Fermented Spider eye to a Potion of Poison.

Potion of Harming (Instant Damage II)
1. Add Glowstone Dust to a Potion of Instant Damage.
