1. Don't give constant drop parties. This can make players too powerful too fast, resulting in spawn killing and raiding. If you want to give an opening drop party, don't make it too overpowered for your first arrivals. 2. Don't troll This can scare/annoy new players away from your server. You can do it for punishment of a rule-breaker who is online. 3. Don't op random people. "Hello I'm from Planet Minecraft and I would like op to view your server." "Why am I in creative?" WRONG. These people are 99.9% of the time lying and will wreck your server. 4. Don't break your own rules. This is admin abuse and is against most server rules. If you're the owner, you made those rules so you should follow them. Unless some specifically apply to certain ranks. Example: "don't ask for op" you don't have to follow because you are an op. 5. DON'T ABUSE YOUR PLAYERS. I can't stress this enough. No one will come back if you do this. If you ban someone for breaking a block off your house you need my help. You're welcome. Do a system of punishment. Example: trolling->mute->jail->kick->tempban->ban. If you follow these step you should have a better server. This is my first post ever on Planet Minecraft so comments are welcome. Thanks for viewing. -LBossFireIceS AKA BigMoney
