Hello i have played Minecraft for almost a year now and i have seen people quickly become staff/op. I have seen what they have been like and done. So here i am going to tell you some tips on what i realized they have done.
#1: Don't be full of your self don't say " I'm the best at PvP on this whole server " you might be the best at PvP but you don't need to make sure everyone knows
#2: Be nice don't get pissed at people for killing you in a PvP area its part of the game
#3: Don't ask for a staff/op they will say no and usually give you less of a chance to become staff/op
#4: Do not spam or use random cap' and if you do use random caps by accident just say "sorry about the caps"
#5: Do not spawn kill new players the owners/admins will get mad at you because some new players will get discouraged and leave the server
#6:Try to keep cursing at a minimum
#7:Donate this is not needed I have seen plenty of "non-donors" become staff/op but it shows loyalty and how much you enjoy the server
#8: Always offer help to staff/op and players
