All over, in different parts of the world, players of Minecraft join servers to have a good time. It just gets ruined by the people things say, by the skins and disgusting things they see, and by the furious ranting that distracts the player from the real goal.

Constantly we think: Why can't they just stop? Where are the admins when we need them? I want to get off! They ruin our pleasure--we want to play, they want to interrupt. Maybe they don't mean to do it intentionally, but we find that on the other end of the screen they are rolling on the floor laughing.

Things that we hate about Multiplayer Servers:
  • Skins--some are obscene or just positively strange. Whoever created these horrible skins should just *poof*. No one enjoys these skins, because they are inappropriate. Girls often complain when a mob of "well-dressed" boys come chasing. We have to be careful about what we use, because it can lead to bad situations.
  • Context--the chat. It is always filled with the annoying caps, curses, terrifying sentences--everything it seems. Screaming at us are the large letters that explain the rage of someone else, but no one else wants to see that! We are players, and we respect your rage, but we want to enjoy the game. And then the curses: it's gone so far as to install censoring, so that when we say: "I like grapes," it comes out as "I like g****s." Come on guys, we want to express our love for this fruit (not me!). And then the strange sentences saying things like "I love you" or "Wanna go out?" We hate this--stop. Please stop! All of a sudden it's just tense and awkward, and we quit the game because of your dumb sentences. There was no reason to do that--one does not suddenly ask "Go out with me," after being friends for five minutes. Skins and words do not explain the real you. And last but not least, spamming. It may be to get previous words from above out of the way, and I do that a lot. But when one is raging or just screaming for some item without being polite, we feel intruded. Stop spamming us, we're trying to play!
  • Rage/Rant--Huge letters are appearing on the screen. "GAWD I HATE THIS GAME WHY *beeeeeeeeep*" Yup. It's just a game, why the heck do you care? You have time to get better, so stop acting like it's the end of the world. Please don't drive me crazy.
  • Memes--I am a great fan of paulsoaresjr and SkyDoesMinecraft and others, but when I see "spy chickens" and "butter" in the chat, I get angry. Everyone has different view on the Youtubers, and we understand that you want to show your support. A couple times I've slipped and called gold "butter" and I got shouted at. I don't know, but seeing support of someone else just makes one angry, usually from the varied opinions.
  • Personal Questions--"How old are you? Where do you live?" You stalker, bro? Bug off weirdo.

There's plenty more, but it's all I can think of. What annoys you to the depths of the Nether?
Thanks for reading, I'm just furious. Slay dem weirdos!
