A really wierd server...

Ok so i am on this server, (EpicCraft) i became admin and was building.

Someone new came on and asked if they could live with someone, i said they can have my old house, they said ok. I teleported them to me and gave them the house, The co-owner starts yelling at me on skype for "abusing" the teleport command he also said they didn't ask to be teleported. They clearly said I could teleport them.

The Co-Owner then told the player to get out, and put my house in "lockdown". They turned my house into bedrock and put signs on every door, and they threatened to remove my admin. I said if they did i want my money back.

This is what then happened:
Me: I want my money back then.
Co-Owner: No, The terms and conditions say you can't have a refund.
Note: I re-read the terms and conditions, there was nothing about refunds.
Me: I still want my money, i read the T+C they said nothing about no refunds.
Note: The co-owner then changes the terms and conditions AFTER i told him there was nothing about no refunds.
Co-Owner: ARE YOU BLIND? Read the terms and conditions it says NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

I then left the server and I'm not going back...

I talked to the owner on skype and he says he will deal with the co-owner, the server is still weird with admins.....
