Admins and Moderators

On servers, people are always looking for an Admin to help them, because they usually have more power and are more likely able to help with a grief or such.
The other thing I've seen, is that Admins carry a lot of hate, because people think they're always mature, grumpy and never do anything fun, and that moderators are always laughing and having fun.
Well, I have moderated a server for 3 months, and us moderators were trying to be very strict with people, but they always thought we were really easy-going. The admins were actually the ones being really soft with people, not us.
Sometimes admins are very strict and such, but that is because they usually have console access and need to do a lot of things, so they might get grumpy having to deal with, I don't know, say /vanish was broken, and someone was bugging him whilst he was trying to fix it. They get annoyed, so next time you think of saying admins are boring people, think about what they do.
