I was just having fun in creative mode when I came across this interesting little trick on how to make animated glowing eyes in minecraft. I don't know if anyone's done it before me, but I haven't seen a trace of it, so here it is.
Hope you like this simple little trick :)
It's sad that they're not in sync, but that's how these banners are.How can this be done:
Needed items:
one wall, (wow) 4 banners (of the same colour as the wall), two glowing item frames, two blocks of your choice
Building it:

one wall, (wow) 4 banners (of the same colour as the wall), two glowing item frames, two blocks of your choice
Building it:
1. Find or build a 2*2 wall (I used black concrete in the video.)
2.Put two lighted tool frames on the bottom of the wall and the block of your choice inside.
3.Put two banners above the two item frames, in the same color as the block behind it.
4.Then put the same banners on top of the blocks containing the item frames to cover the texture.
5. Enjoy!
