This is how the fighting system works:
You have to describe exactly what your doing, example:
*I parry the blow, using my dagger to stab him in the gut*
And now, you roll for "Damage"
Using a D20
(You can access a D20 online using the google dice roller)
1 is really bad
20 is amazingly good
As you can see in the Roleplay Forum, there are roll "multipliers" for each Class.
So if you roll a 8 and you are, for example, a Knight, it would become a 12.
Example:
Player 1:
*I parry the blow, using my dagger to stab him in the gut*
(Roll 8, multiplier makes 12)
Player 2:
*The thug tries to dodge the attack*
(Roll 3, third-class multiplier makes 4. Dang ;-;)
*It fails and he gets stabbed*
This system takes a lot of honesty, so please, be honest when rolling and only roll once.
