Suggested name: VoteReminder
What I want: I recently have not been getting enough server votes. I need a plugin that will message each player every 120 seconds saying "Hello there <name>, it seems you haven't voted for 5 diamonds and 1 cooked pork today! Do /diamonds and vote to make this message go away!" Once you vote the message stops displaying until you can vote again (24 hours).
Ideas for commands: /vtoggle - Ability to stop displaying the message for yourself.
Ideas for permissions: vreminder.toggle - Ability to use /vtoggle
