Minecraft Bukkit - Plugin Making

Hey PlanetMinecraft! I need somebody to make me a plugin because I own a server with my own mini-games. The problem is, they wont stop nagging me saying do this and do that, but it needs a plugin. I need somebody to make it for me.

So far, 2 mini-games. The first one is Jawz.

Commands For Jawz. (TIP! This is somewhat mob-arena with the commands and ghostcraft with the "chances" of being JAWZ

/jawz spec - Puts them in the "Spectator" Room

/jawz join - Allows them to enter Jawz

/jawz leave - Returns them to their location before joining

/jawz setclass - Sets your inventory to a class you can be while hunting Jawz (Like Mobarena)

/jawz spawnpoint jawz - Sets Jawz' spawnpoint

/jawz spawnpoint hunter - Sets the hunters spawnpoint

/jawz arena add - Adds a new arena

/jawz corner - sets arena corners.

/jawz edit (true / false) - turns editing on / off

/jawz setwarp - Sets the location for /jawz join, /jawz begin, and /jawz spec

/jawz reload - Reloads Config

/jawz vote - votes to begin match / votes to /jawz begin

Setup

1. When Jawz spawns, he has a lapis block on his head and a iron chestplate, iron leggings, and iron boots.

2. When hunters spawn they spawn with chosen class.

3. Jawz has A iron sword w/ sharpness 3, 64 TNT, and a flint and steel.

4. Once Jawz kills everyone or everyone kills Jawz, It says "Jawz / Hunters killed Jawz / Hunters!"

5. Once you die (Hunter) you go back to spectating room.
