Ok, I'll try.
-EDIT- Oh, I understand what you mean about invalid key now. But still, when it does log in, it logs me out and says "Not in GZIP format."
Any ideas on what is causing that?

When you download the craftbukkit, rename it to: craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT

I did, that didn't work either. Nevermind anyways, I am such an idiot. -.-
I forgot to delete the Bukkit.yml folder. :L
