Can't Decompile!!!

So I'm making a mod with minecraft forge and I lost my files -.- now I have been trying to decompile it for a few days now with no avail if anyone can help me I would love you and LOVE you ;) I would also add your name to my mod page and make you a custom item/mob/block in the mod if you would like!

1. Recompile.
2. Decompile

If that don't work you will have to clean up! (Back-up your coding though)

well im using minecraft forge so it makes it a whole lot harder to decompile a mod made with that.
