Can't upload!

Well... the reason i named it cant upload is because i cant upload my mod!My mod isnt really a mod, its just different splashes.The reason i cant upload it is because im a level 1,and they dont expect a level 1 to make a mod
The point of this blog is for the site moderator's to read this and mabe they would allow me to post this
I'm still working on it

I want to post the mod!

You can't upload either you caused grief in on this site or you've had too many submisions removed.

They don't allow it for a reason... I suggest you take your time to learn how the site works, and post some half-way decent blogs/skins/projects.. And I hope you don't take this as an offensive comment.. Just giving you my insight.
