Charges Mod!
Hi guys I am cjdjdominator! Today, I want to introduce you guys to my idea of using lightning more effectively! First of all, we should be able to store lightning so that we would able to collect it.
Lets just say that there is a storm outside, which is a perfect day NOT to go outside. Well then, its a perfect day to stay indoors and do experiments! So first, there is going to be 2 new items: Lightning Absorber, and Lightning Charges. Hell yea, these are dangerous stuff. Anyways, the player would place this Lightning Absorber out on the roof of their house. And when there is a storm, lightning would be striking down near your house, and the item would absorb it and convert them to Lightning Charges. So what should we do with these Lightning Charges?

Well, I would like to express how it will work through images. And lets just say that the Glowstone is the Lightning Absorber, and the Glowstone Dust is Lightning Charge.
(But hopefully someone will make this mod with real lightning charges, and an actual lightning absorber).
This is the crafting recipe of making a Lightning Absorber.
First build this formation of iron blocks.
Somehow, I caught a villager. Sorry bro.
Place my lightning absorber next to my iron block cage and connect it with redstone. Place 1 lightning charge in the lightning absorber. Once ready, place redstone torch.
Villager zapped to death? Where is he!
[Wireless electricity]
Hehe, this is my house. Sorry, its not that good.
Omg its getting dark. Oh no, my redstone lamp won't turn! No redstone torch or lever! Oh god!
Ok, I have to set up a wireless pole outside.
So basically, this wireless pole would provide electricity to 20 blocks around it. About 1 Lightning Charge would provide wireless electricity for an hour.
[LaserArrow, LaserBeam, Amplified TNTs]
Tired of always having arrows and swords? And maybe TNTS. Well, its time for some more advanced weapons to take place!
Alright, this is the crafting recipe for Laser Arrow. And you have to use bow to shoot ito ¦Now there is destructive power in your hands. No one going to mess with you, hoho.
Laserbeams, hell yeah, another powerful long range weapon. Place dispenser aiming somewhere (I aimed it at an island), and set up this formation. Place about 3 Lightning Charges. Once done, place redstone torch.
Where did that island go?
Amplified TNTS! We could just call them deadly bombs. So basically set this formation, and place Lighting Charges in the Lightning Absorber. The more you put, the more destructive the TNT gets!
And with redstone torcho ¦ Kaboomo ¦.
And it would be cool if once placed 64 Lightning Charges, Nuclear Bomb is formed.
Alright, so the whole purpose of this was to improve Minecraft Science, and have increased technology within Minecraft. Advanced weapons, cool torture methods, wireless lights..hell yea! It would bring a lot more fun to Minecraft! What do you guys think?
