Greetings everyone,

Io m here to bring you something I have personally searched for and so far have not found anything close enough to what I need. Today I am compiling a reference list for chest organization for Minecraft Hoarders. If you have played a game of Minecraft long term (Be it SSP or SMP either way) youo ll notice a significant amount of overstock of just about everything. Io ve been on this server for over a year, and not only do I have too much stuff, I cano t sell it fast enough in player shops! I needed a way to organize all my stuff so that I wouldno t be creating drop chests all over my base just because all my chests were full.

This list goes as follows:

Each Large title is a section, if you section off your areas of items (which if you have enough stuff, is a really really good idea.)

Each bullet represents a chest (or double chest as I usually use)

This list may be subject to change, as I adapt to this organization and perhaps find things that work better)

Tips:

  1. Pre Organize your chests. If it is a chest that has a few items in it that will fill the chest eventually, fill the empty spots with a single item, so when you Shift+Click items into the chest, they go right where they belong, no need to shuffle things around later [1]
  2. If you dono t have a lot of room to put things, or just want them in a smaller area, try these space saving techniques. [1] [2] [3]
  3. If you have so much of an item that it takes over and gets overwhelming (cobblestone is a big one) Then start selling things in a shop for extra cash if your server allows it. If not, just get rid of it. If you are using so little you end up with several double chests of something, whato s the point of keeping it really? Either that or start a project with it. Thato s always an option too.
