The Chickens can only be killed by ether an enchanted ion sword or a diamond sword!!! :[
The Chickens also follow you around and defend you at night fall! :]
Creepers do not attack the Chickens unless you die and the Chickens don't know where to go...
Finally if you have armour or weapons if you give them to the Chickens they will be upgraded!! :D
