Choosing a Moderator

STEP 1: Start your own server
STEP 2: make people do whatever they want and observer how they play
STEP 3: Eliminate those who ask for Moderator
STEP 4: Eliminate those who use vulgar language and are ignorant towards others.
STEP 5: choose a few loyal players who always play on the server.
STEP 6: Ask all of them if they want moderator and askt hem what they would do to help
STEP 7: If they say, i'll build, it means that he has not thought out what he would do to help! (ELIMINATE)
STEP 8: Look for people who are always helping out the Newbies.
STEP 9: Choose your most loyal and Helpful Moderator!
