Guys, i have an idea for a mod that people are going to love: this mod allows you to craft ALL blocks, even the dirt block. I think it's a good idea, i already have some ideas for almost 2/3 blocks' recipe. I'm thinking to make recipes for dusts, spawner eggs and all. I only have 1 problem: i don't know anything about modding! I can look at other mods and say: this is for this, that is for that and all, but i can't make 1 myself. Who wants to help me please contact me.
Here are some crafting ideas: Log: 9x9 square of planks
Grass block: 1 dirt block and 1 tall grass over him
Smooth stone: 2 cobble and 1 coal over them
4 Glass: 8 sand (put like chest) and coal in middle
I have lots of more ideas, but i don't want to show them here. I think that is simple to make this mod, but it will not be compatible with many more mods, becouse this mod changes all blocks classes, i think

Btw, this post is very old, and i actually left the idea, i hate mods that just add recipes, blocks, items in the game. I like the most the ones wich add functions (as rei's minimap, what's my light level, optifine and stuff).
