Creating Basic Web pages

Hello everyone I am creating basic web pages because apparently I was sadly put off a certain modding project our company was doing after becoming heavily sick. I am still recovering but have decided to do something fun. I have Decided to create basic webpage's using the simplest of things like notepad and Microsoft word (If thats even possible).

If you want one they are free actually that depends on the complexity.

Basic webpage's are basically just a white page at first look. But when you go into things that open HTML codes to your view like notepad you Will see loads of code, paragraphs even. I will describe three tiers of the pages im making.
Free page
These free pages are simple Every day life story type stuff write what you want save it and shut down simple. 5 paragraphs.

Basic Web pages
They are just basically for blogging about your life and rubbish or talking about minecraft servers that sort of thing. They will only have ten pieces of paragraph coding in them the paragraphs line will of course already be done. You can have them changed to Century font Time new roman font and arial font. The colors range from Blue to Black.

Average Pages
These pages shall consist of 50 paragraph sections for you to write inside areas that are changable for pictures and Constant 24/7 live support if something is broken. The option for a Form box where people write in things such as
Username:
First name:
Last Name:
Age:
Is available too but that stuff is slightly more complex and risky to tamper with it.

Also Font is changeable to different color's only five actually. Red Blue Black Green Orange. You can also Have it changed to bold and a small variety of Fonts.

Big Pages
Yes I went there
Big pages are going to include unlimited paragraphs areas, fifteen pictures and up to five different sub pages individually. All with only 20 paragraph space and 3 pictures.

Font is changeable in style, color, boldness and basically anything possible with font.
