Cute Eye Tutorial

I am making a tutorial on the eyes I use on most of my girls.

it's pretty simple. I choose a color put it there then make that color a little darker put it under the first one, and then I put white by it. Then I get black put some on top and one on the side, and then Tada! I wouldn't recommend it for boys though. I hope this was helpful!
