Dark Power: Chapter two

He extened his hand to me. I flinched, I don't know why, but I did.

" Don't worry, it will be fine. I won't hurt you."

I grabed his hand. He helped me sit up, and my head started spinning. I almost collasped, but he pulled me to my feet anyway. " You won't get better if you sit done like this. They want you to feel sick."

Their it was again. That word. "They". That word.

" The concil wants to speak to you. They are concerned. If you dont remeber, you were very popular among them."

I'm was still overwhelmed with the pain in my haed. It was very hard for me to shake it when he asked if i was ready to go.

When I got to the door, I did'nt belive my eyes. Everything was either white, black, or blood red. It was very creepy. All the people either wore white or black, and they either looked like Chad or Sammy. None of them looked like me. I felt out of place. Like i didnt belong.

While we walked down the hall, everyone was staring at me. I didnt know what to do. Chad was still holding my hand, so I just looked down. When i looked up, i tried not to make eye contact with anyone, but that was really hard. I just looked at Chad, and I relized that i should know him, but, i didn't. I should know Sammy too.

When Chad stopped infront of an elevator, I bumped into him. " Im Sorry!"

" It's alright," he said, " But this is were we're going. Prepare for the worst."

I nodded, the pain still thier. We got in, but when we got closer to the top, i heard yelling.
