Lag in Minecraft

So I'm here to day to talk to you the people about something called lag , lag can come in many forms like lag spikes or the killer long lag that lags you up for like 10 minutes without you moving , Lag can be your enemy because if you are in a battle with someone and you're lagging then you are screwed if you are lagging like nuts then I recommend you getting Optifine (Link http://www.minecraft12.com/optifine-mod/) it might help you but i'm going to give you a few reasons why lag is bad 1: If you go to a server that allows double Jumps (Super Craft Brothers = http://www.supercraftbrothers.com/home) then they might think that you are flying so that will lead you to a Ban.

SO next time that somebody tells you you are hacking tell them "Its just lag moron"
